I would caution anyone getting a call from this company to be aware. I received a call from them to day about an alleged cellphone bill I hadn't paid since 1992. First of all, I didn't get my first cell phone until 2001 but secondly, I don't even think cell phones existed back then. Anyway, what surprised me is they had some of my personal information.

They were nice because I informed them I was an attorney. This caught them by surprise and I told them that I had a contact in the NJ Attorney General's office that I went to law school with and had notified them of the various complaints against them as well as information I found on the web that suggested they have pulled this same stunt in West Virigina and Connecticut.

They informed me that this was all probably a mistake (of course it is). I told them I expected not to hear from them again. I would suggest anyone who is contacted about them not to confirm any of your personal information they try to throw at you. Additionally, I wouldn't pay any money to them at all and contact the attorney general's office immediately.
