Rude and nasty ripoffs

These people have the rudest and nasty people working for them, and I found it kind of strange when I asked about a payment plan he Mr. Kennedy Ryan said there was no way I had to pay by credit card now and it had to be in full. I find that odd considering I have never dealt with anyone who would not accept a payment plan. He also yelled and was ranting and raving over this when I said no he would not receive the full amount and threatened my husbands credit and told me to go ahead and get my attorney involved.

I also found it strange when asked to speak to their superior they hung up on me over and over and over again. I decided to get on the web to find out who to contact and found out that they are obviously ripoff artist who have come in contact with someone who will not just give money because he yelled at me and actually I was willing to settle my husbands ex-wifes bill but had wanted to make payments and for some reason I was told no.

I am finally getting it all together and have decided that they won't be getting my money due to their lack of ignorance and confusion that made me believe these people are not really lawyers and have no idea what they are talking about.
