I was a wireless salesperson for Bell Atlantic Mobile so I know
the scenario. I signed up for wireless service at a written rate.
They increased my monthly rate without notification They didn't send me a bill for 3 months I was advised by Customer Services NOT to send in payments because they don't know what I owe.

Low and behold, here it comes... For three months service...
Over $200. And... They wanted it all payed up or you go to
collections (Dunn and Brandstreet Recovery Services) I said fine. Close out the account and suspend my service.

I will pay the $250 Cancellation Fee The Customer Service lady said she will note in their system to cease service and send me a final bill.

The stupid Computer hiked my bill up to $300 plus dollars!
They still have me signed on as a regular customer!!!
They are tacky They don't do what they say they will do and rip you off with fees and lies. I will NOT recommend this wireless carrier to anyone.

I learned a hard $300 lesson dealing with MCI WorldCom out of
New York City: (Lockbox. Where payments sit!)
