Ripoff

On 4-12-05. I went online to pay my bill's through my online banking account. I had found out that this company had taken, $49.95 from my account. I did not give anybody, or my permission to do this transaction. I do not know how this company had gotten my bank account. I am disabled and have a fixed income, and now I have other checks that Bounced.

I had called my banks 800 number and they point blank could of cared less. I will go today in person to my bank, and try to get this solved. I have called the number that the bank gave me for this VersaTalk at 1-877-494-7363 and all I got was a computer voice machine. You can not speak to a person in no way. Because of this illeagle transaction they did, it is gonna cost me a few hundred dollars, to pay back in fee's. Money I cant afford to pay back.
