Ripoff they promised a credit card and never sent me anything When I called I was given an address to send something to the Director and the letter was returned refused

This company called me and offered me a credit card. They took $249 out of my checking account. As of today, after several contacts with them (they never directly answer the phone), I have not received anything. I called a few weeks ago and was given a name and address to send a letter to the "Director". I mailed this letter and it was returned to me marked as "refused". I've tried to call since then, and had to leave messages, but nobody ever calls me back.
