CIC CREDIT REPORT.com AKA LAPORTEHOLDINGS.com Internet Crime at it's finest Los Angeles

CIC without my aurthorization charged my debit card $9.95 per month for six months and provided no service other then an e-mail notice asking me to check their site due to a change in my credit report. They did not however provide any info. I contacted them four times via e-mail and four times by phone demanding my money back.
They claimed to have given me a charge back of $19.90 on March 28th one third of what they stole and because I cancelled my card for a new one the money was returned to CIC.

I understand there is a class action being filed against them which I will sign on to, however wouldn't it be nice if they just so happened to screw over a hacker who was able to turn their site into mush.:)

I do not believe class action is appropriate, Jail time sounds good.
