Dat records - internet rip-off

I ordered some stylus (s) (two of them) for $170, the needle part of a turntable for vinyl records and some Sony headphones $130. I ordered them in Nov. 2001 from datrecords.com (which supposedly has a store by the same name) DAT RECORDS. I sent them a money order back in Nov. For $312.03 and I became concerned when it was near Christmas and I had still not gotten my stuff. I checked the status of my money order and sure enough they had cashed it. I franticly called them to try and resolve my situation but to this day I have never gotten a call back. So I sent emails, and even reported my condition with BetterBusinessBureau but nothing worked, they said because the business didn't reply to their calls there is basically nothing that they can do. I would have drove down to their shop but their based in New York and I live in California. I wish their is something I can do, but it looks like I'm running out of options. If there is anything I can do maybe you guys will know. I still haven't given up, because that is what they want. If anything maybe this report will be seen by someone and that will prevent them from shopping with DAT RECORDS (aka, the losers).
