Voicevox - Voice-Vox - VMServices ripoff - constantly billing me for services not requested, they won't answer phone calls

They constantly bill me $l4.95 per month... For what? I don't know how they got our name to bill us and we do not use their services... What are they anyway?

I have called 800-570-0269 which is the only number listed on our Qwest phone bill to use for VoiceVox. When I call a recording always comes on saying "if you reach this recording our people are helping other customers, leave your name and number and someone will get back to you". I have been trying since March 17th to reach them. I have left my name and number on their phone lines 17 times so far each and every day but no one ever calls back.

I want to know how they got my name to put this charge on, how to get it off, and how to get credited back the money they owe us? I am willing to go through whatever means necessary (attorney, better business bureau, consumer affairs, etc.) to get this resolved. Any suggestions on who to contact and how to get this off? Help!!!
