Ripoff The company gave my address out without my permission to another company similar to there own but owned by a different corporation

Today's Rental gave my address to a company that I had problems with and did not ask me if they could and did not have any kind of evidence that the other companies accusations were true. I had them pick there items up the same day that they had done this because it is not the first time they did this to me. I am not sure it is illegal of them to give my address out to a compny pursuing me for collections (the company is not a debt collector they gave the address to). They had also given them my phone number. I am very mad about this and feel that it is against my privacy for them to give my address out and my unlisted phone number and cell phone number out without my permission.
