Tuesday Morning
Negligent labor practices, ripoff with fraudulent merchandise, physical and emotional abuse of store level employees

Shops, Products, Services

TM has archaic receiving procedure at the store level which is causing serious injury to employees. A high percentage of store and assistant store managers are being injured by TM's practices yet those same injured people are being denied Workmans Comp insurance, they are being sent back to work early because company affiliated doctors are sending these people back so that Tuesday Morning will continue to send injured to them.
Tuesday Morning is buying inferior products yet selling these as first run, high quality products. Liz Claiborne and Thomas Kincaid to name a few.

Then they don't understand why their customer base is changing. You can have a press report to try and cover these up but people remember and stay away.

Tuesday Morning Corp. Needs new upper management due to the chaos that is evident on a daily basis coming from the Corporate office. E-mail notifications of important tasks are sent to the stores after the task is due to be completed. Store managers schedule enough help to unload a truck only to have the truck date changed without notifying said store, then corporate turns around and berates these same store managers for going over payroll dollars.

There is much more to this story and it will come out in major news media if at all possible. They are casusing physical injury without penalty and they refuse to acknowledge this fact.

This is one bad corporation and they need to be boycotted into nonexistance.
