This person, if he should be called that, is an Unlawful Detainer attorney that my appartment manager Parvin Dunkel of R.S. Property Management Co. Hired to evict me.

Recently My manager, that attorney and I all meet together in court of law to evict me, well so they thought. I had no attorney it was me against all of them.

One of the ways I have fun in life is by acting the way people with my appearance are stereotyped to act. I have hair half way down my back and a bad attitude (act). I'm into physics & engineering and so on. So anyway I educated myself in law and won the case on a technicality.

That so called attorney was so pist off because he lost his case to a scumb bag looking character (me), that when I walked out of court room he physically attacked me in the lobby. He got right in my face and started stabbing his finger in my chest hard with every syllable he yelled calling me a, "mother f$&*en piece of sh#*% f%en cock roach. I'm going to kick your f*@%en a&", over and over for nearly a minute.

All my life I thought everyone in court dressed nice, talked politely and so on. On top of that if you don't know me, like he doesn't, I look intimidating. Plus I'm 6'-3" and he is 5'-1" and my childhood fighting record is 14 and 0 never losing a fight. I was in shock and didn't know what to do. If would of hit him, because of my a appearance, I would have probely got in trouble so I just backed up and started calling him a five doller attorney and making fun of him as I left. I'll be seeing him again I sure.
