House Of Carmel Ripoff! Paula House Sold puppy that has genetic defect and not standing behind guarentee

On April 2 I purchased a male Toy Poolde from Paula House which was shipped to Maine. On March 1 the dog was taken in for x-rays and found that the dog has Hip Dysplasia and Sublatting Patella in both rear legs.

This is going to require 4 surgeries over the course of a year or so with a cost totaling $6-$7 Thousand Dollars or I will have to have this year old dog put down. I have tried to work this out with the seller and she refuses to do anything about it.
