Has anyone been able to contact Espresso Italia? Every time I call I get "Sandra" on the phone and she cannot transfer my call because no one is there yet (9-10 am) I am getting very worried. They have 6 of my machines in for repair. They charged $522 to my Visa account for product I have not received and did not order. What is going on???
