Ripoff Charged for 1 year 39.99 per month for magazine never received New York new york

Company Called about a Sweepstakes involving Magazine subscription... Paid 39.00 per month for 1 year for 6 or more? Magazines that would run for 4 years. I received a few and was getting billed by the Magazine Company and They were not any of the ones I ordered. Couid not locate company nor could I get them to stop billing. Itended basically when they said it would. They called last night 3/3/05 and said they would fix the problem and had me pick out more Magazines at no charge. I was to tell the Confirmer that this was not to be billed to my card, which I did. He said OK. They billed my account right after and I closed it.
