Ripoff several ways

First I have been a loyal customer, mostly of their stores buying thousands of dollars of stuff for my 3 daughters. The Limited Too personnel at 2 of the Dallas malls know me well. But that loyalty is changing!

Having a very hectic holiday season, I tried the Limited Too website last November just after Thanksgiving. I bought over $500 dollars worth of merchandise. I had an offer come up at the website offering gift cards dependent on my purchases. I ended up with an order that would send me 8 of the $20 gift cards. All was well! But then I waited and waited, I called and called, I emailed and emailed! I wanted the order before the last day of school, 3 weeks seems a reasonable amount of time especially since it ships from GARLAND TEXAS 20 miles from here!!!

When I called I got the most hateful snoot little punks I have ever dealt with in my life! They told me regardless of what the web site had said they had no obligation to get the order out at any particular time! I barely got 3/4 of the order before Christmas and was unable to deliver my daughter's friends their presents before they left town for the holidays, she and I were very disappointed. Strike 1.

Next, we got no gift cards, AGAIN I got the snooty people they call customer service, without a doubt, the most UNPROFESSIONAL people i have ever dealt with. I am a friendly softspoken southern woman and have never been treated like that before in my life!!! Strike 2

Well 6 weeks after Christmas I got 2 separate shipments in envelopes, Backordered items! Ha! I had already told the customer service people that I didn't want the rest of my order!!! BUT they charged $19.99 ADDITIONAL shipping for each little envelope!!! (0ne a little scarf & one a short sleeve top shipped separately to charge/RIPOFF me for $40 "SHIPPING?) Strike 3

I called infuriated and got more snooty people who told me that was heir minimum shipping order!!! I have never had an additional shipping fee for backordered items before, all shipping for legitimate companies charge you once for the whole order, most ask you by postcard if you want the back-ordered iteems which I DIDN'T!!! But not them!!! Strike 4

Guess what came yesterday? ANOTHER BACKORDED ITEM!!! 12 weeks after my original order! $19.99 more shipping! WILL IT EVER END?

SHould I hire a lawyer? Help!
