Ripoff

This company OAN (Telseven) billed fraudulant charge (4.34 plus taxes and carrier fee, total charge 6.53) for directory assistance to Nevada on a date a time to which no one could have made. I reported this to my home phone company, Sprint, after reading about this exact charge being reported by someone else on usacomplaints.com. Only difference was that Verizon was the home company to which OAN was contracted by. Dont less this happen to you and demand a refund from your home telephone company!
