OAN Services and Nationwide Connect Blatantly fraudulant charges On The Local Phone Bill Report them to the FCC! Ripoff! Nationwide

OAN Sevices, Inc. Put a 4.89 charge on my local bill. OAN references Nationwide Collect, Inc. As the company they are billing for. Nothing close to this happened and it's an outright fraud, based on the assumption that people won't dispute something as small as $5.
If they try it on you, make a report to the FCC. Even if you get the charges reversed easily. A report to the FCC will help others who would be defrauded in the future. I reported them to the FCC.
These people are scum because they take money from the people who aren't able to look out for themselves, check out the details of their phone bill, and dispute a charge. Those are the ones who can least afford a rip off. I'm a passionate enough guy to stand up for a principle, but some people just pay the $5 because they can't afford the time to dispute it. It reminds me of personal injury lawyers.
My local phone company, SBC, reversed the charge with zero hassle. I got the address for OAN then I called Nationwide. The phone message is a carbon copy of the phone message at OAN so I asked the Nationwide person if they are the same company. She said they are associated but not the same. When I asked for their address, it was the exact same address that OAN gave me.
Thanks to the people who raised this website, for providing a good service.
