Ripoff horribly rude customer service and disorganized company culver city

Ordered boots from company on Jan 10. Received wrong boots. Was told to ship back boots and correct ones would be shipped out. Received 2nd pair of boots and they were the same WRONG boots again. Was assured I would receive correct boots. 2nd Boots were shipped back on Feb 3rd and after weeks of waiting and uncaring unhelpful RUDE customer service who consistantly made it out like this was my problem, I finally requested a refund. Still have not received it on Feb 25th. Nothing should take this long. I recommend passing on purchasing anything from this company. There are plenty of other companies who appreciate their customers and are competant to fill your orders and resolve your concerns.
