Ripoff dishonest with no responsibility to suppliers and payment

I have been doing business with this company over or about 2 year until the last xmas. Since I am in Hong Kong and have been offering them 45 days credit. However, in Nov since they have been in delay sending out payment, after I have warned them, still there is no improvment, i have stopped the shipment release. After I have doing so, they have been emotionally, and in practice, trying to delay in use of every excuse available. And at that time I have had over 500K US$ on accounts with them, not to mention another 500K US$ of materials being perpared. After an in depth discussion, they then after about 60 days, paid off half of the amount and told that they would clear the second half in a week after the release of the shipment at the dock which is about 250k US$ as well as to clear the materials in the factory of about another 300k US$

However nothing is being after promises and promises. And still now they owe me 250KUS$ for the goods that they have taken and 300k US$ of materials

I have no money to pay off my suppliers, and at one point, I did not even have money for my 8 months boy to see a doctor...

Help me and punish this evil.

The management of this is so corrupt and if you do not pay and make their people who is responsible for the business happy, you are out. This company also sumggle components and having their products made in china against the labor rule and requirnment aspecially for the inspection from Walmart, I am wondering why is that they can still selling the other products from those factories are purely against the laws.
