Ripoff, misrepresentation, breach of contract, BUYER BEWARE, won't respond to my attorney's written demand for a refund, NO mortgage leads

This is a sincere caveat emptor warning. Buyers Beware! Global iNet is staffed with some very strong sales people, but once your check is cashed, you should not expect to offer more compliments. I have been buying mortgage leads ever since they were made available on the internet. Most companies really don't deliver all of what they promise, but if nothing else, they usually deliver at least some product.

I signed with Global on December 22 to the tune of $2,000 (I had to express mail the check to get "promotion" pricing) for 100 live-feed mortgage leads. The salesman, Patrick Taylor assured me that my criteria of 1-2 refinance leads per day with a minimum loan amount of $150,000 and good-excellent credit would be hardly a challange considering how they own and operate hundreds of loan marketing web sites.

Global has sent me six leads in two months and all of them were reallocated due to their not meeting the criteria set forth in our contract.

I have requested orally and in writing for a complete refund. I was told no. My attorney also wrote them a letter three weeks ago and there has been no response.

I will wait until the chieftain of Global, Mr. Blisko, responds to the several complaints that I have and will continue to file until I use the courts to resolve this issue. There are many consumer protection services that make themselves accessible through all forms of media and I plan on using them all. The papers are already filled out and ready to go.
