On February 11 I won an auction at Bidz.com for "ART DECO RING *1.93 CARATS Genuine Blue Sapphires & Diamonds in Solid 14k W".
However, to date I am unable to purchase this item because it is "unavailable". My phone calls and emails to Bidz.com remain unanswered and ignored.
Very unprofessional and unbusiness-like!
