I ordered materials from Robert J. Abalos, Terra Realty International LLC over 6 months ago and still have not received the product I ordered or a refund. I have emailed the company several times. They respond with excuses or say the item has been sent. But, never respond with a tracking number or proof of shipment. I would be very wary in dealing with this company. They also promote real estate seminars for $995.00. Be careful I checked with the BBB and they have an un-satisfactory record.
