Ripoff

A week before valentines day i placed to orders of flowers, to be delivered vday. They never came. I emailed customer service, they said there COULD be a delay and if so they would be sent fedex overnight. Its been a few days, and still no flowers. I emailed cs again, and no response. I called the 800 number, was on hold 4 ever and never go through. The 800 # says they have online live chat, where? I havent seen it.
