Ripoff

1-800-4-aphone is a big rip off. Do not use them. They will collect a 59.99 deposit upfront and tell you that they will have you connected in 1-3 days. That never happens and they can't tell you why. They keep you waiting! They also tell you that they can't issue you a refund and they are not allowed to give an address or a supervisors name. They are a rip off. I started this process on 01/12/05 and today is 2/15/05—STILL NO PHONE. I tried contacting the phone number that appeared on my bank's statement 214 630-0670 NO LUCK! Don't be HAD by this company. LOOK elsewhere for phone service.
