Promotion Marketing Systems Ripoff Sent me something I didn't order and won't pay return postage to me

Save yourself alot of money, time and grief. I should have known better when it took me over 15 minutes to place my order on an automated system. For those of you who don't know where your free set is, I must have got it. I ordered one set (and an additional set of containers thinking that I will be able to replace them after they get old). After the transaction was complete I never received any confirmation of the total price or a confirming email that the company had even received my order!

5 weeks later 2 sets show up on my doorstep and my checking account was charged for them both at $41.95 EACH! No phone number, address contact information of any kind was included with the shipment so I had to wait to see another commercial just to get a number to call. Once I finally got through to someone I was given the run-around, disconnected twice and sat on hold forever!

Twice I asked to speak to the manager and I was transferred to the shipping department. That couldn't be a coincidence. Come to find out that someone in their office spelled my last name wrong and that generated another order. Well, they are happy to return my money once I return their product, BUT NOT THE FREIGHT TO SHIP IT BACK even though it was their error and not mine. When I asked to speak to someone else they gave me the name and PO box of their Corporate Headquarters, but wouldn't give me the main phone number or the name of someone to address my complaint to, and told me to write a letter to them. After doing some searching on the web I found a phone number to the corporate office and they will not help either, same advice, write a letter!
