I ordered a National Who's Who Middle School directory and a plaque in June.By September I wondered where it was and called them. They said it would be by November 1. I called them on November 1 and was told it would be mailed December 22. On December 29 I sent an email and letter since they were not answer the phones. I've called and emailed everyday since January 1 and left messages. They are non-responsive.
