Back in October 1999 I purchased compact discs on two different orders from www.cdworld.com. Upon receiving the first order, one of the cd's did not have the bonus songs as stated in the online description. I placed a second order for the same titled cd but with a different item# since the cd was listed twice with different order#'s surmising they may have had the descriptions switched for the two items. After receiving the second order of cd's I found that the second cd also did not have the bonus songs. I e-mailed their returns dept. For instructions and upon receiving the instuctions proceeded to mail both of the cd's back along with detailed paperwork regarding order#'s & item#'s. They e-mailed me in december 1999 stating they had credited my visa. But they had only credited my visa with one of the cd's. After emailing them they stated they only had one of the cd's but would check with their distributor for the other. I e-mailed again in jan but they had not found it yet. I emailed again on mar 29 and received a reply that stated since the cd's were shipped together and not separately to a different distributor that the company also uses, that the distributor must have "discarded" the cd which supposedly was to have been shipped to a different distributor. I shipped the cd's to the address stated by their employee, but since it was not done properly I'm out the money & the cd is "discarded"?!?!?! What kind of operation is this?!?!?!?
