Billed for services not rendered, really hard to contact them

I enrolled in a free one-month trial offer from BusinessMax when I acquired a domain name from Network Solutions. The offer said I would get a $20 rebate on my acquisition fees by taking this trial membership, and that I could cancel by phone at any time.

Since I wasn't able to obtain any information on exactly what BusinessMax offered, nor any indication of how or when I would get the mythical rebate, I decided to cancel the membership.

Then I began to search for the phone number. It wasn't in the enrollment letter they sent me, and it wasn't on their webpage. When I did a web search for 'BusinessMax' I found some very interesting information... And this website, with at least four usacomplaints.com already posted.

One of the reports also had the phone number, so I called and cancelled the membership: talked to Bethany (#17225).

I am now going to contact Network Solutions—which I know to be a reputable business—and warn them of the problem.
