Ripoff dishonest fradulent billing

On the morning of 29 Jan my wife and I had a taxi from AAA ADAM CAB Company pick us up in Georgetown.
We were told by the Mark on the phone that the charge would be $25.00 and we asked told the guy on the phone that we were using Visa and he said O.K.

When we got into the cab the driver called her dispatch to verify the amount and she was told $25.00 plus the $1. Oo surcharge. When the driver started out she cut off her meter and when we arrived at the airport she missed her turn for the rental cars and she started cussing
When we got back around to the rental cars I pulled out my VISA and handed it to her and she cussed again and said now my paperwork is messed up. She then took my credit card and called in the number to her dispatcher and she then handed me back my credit card and said bye. At no time was Iinformed about a $4.00 surcharge. When I checked my account it was charged $30.00 instead of the $26.00 that we were told.

I called the company up and was told to call back today and talk to Mike, which I did and I told him what happened and that I was neither told nor was it posted or in his advertisement and he said it was nothing he could do that his driver should have told me. The cab # was 379
