Failure to honor refund 'credit towards future orders' repeatedly ignored realted demands Hamilton (HQ) U.S. Locations

After doing business satisfactorily with VistaPrint for several years, an order of business cards return labels was NEVER delivered in late 2003...
... I had planned to use both items in my 'year end promotional mailing campaign'.. And I was consequently forced to 'pay through the nose' a local printer (since this now was a 'RUSH' order at the busiest time of the year for printers)!
Disappointed and upset, I Emailed SEVERAL explicit inquiries to VistaPrint's 'customer care' people with NO RESPONSE. Until the following 4/15!
A MERVIN MORRIS Emailed me an acknowledgement and advised me that he would not refund the monies due by 'reversing the charges' originally made to my credit card..instead, he was issuing me TWO CREDITS (one for each undelivered order), totalling $37.42, and gave me the following Credit ID Numbers for future reference: 64633-97604-OP2 and 30123-97683-3G7...
Subesquently, on THREE separate occasions, after placing orders, filling out all questions, etc... As I was completing the 'pay' portion and attempted to use my 'credit balance'... The latter was DENIED as not being recognizable!?!..
In each case, I 'minimized' the order and proceded to Email an inquiry, seeking remedy... NEVER ONCE was such a request acknowledged. Responded to... Nor ACTED UPON!
To this day, this remains so... I sent other Emails appealing to their sense of ethics, integrity, basic busines acumen, P.R., good customer relations, etc.&Not ONE such Email was answered!
Please note that I have ample verification of this claim in the form of printouts in my 'VistaPrint' THICK paper file!
After all these months, and asking right and left, of Internet Marketers with whom I correspond, if there exists and Internet equivalent of the 'BBB'&nobody had ever heard of one, nor of YOU! &May I strongly urge you to make yourselves and your services VISIBLE and KNOWN to the Internet community? —as YOU ARE NEEDED!!!.: o)
