Aka aig ripoff! Refused to fix a valid claim

This is an on-going battle since 2004 winter my porch was damaged my sleet and ice and seperated from the house. The insurance co. Refused to pay claim stating it was caused by the house setteling. The house is from @1950 and settled long ago.

I contacted the BBB @4x and no responce. My insurance co is now cancelling my policy the new co they want to give me is 600 more dollars then what they charged me and the name is quite identical to theres.

The new co name is amig {sounds like aig} american modern insurance group. All i want is a safe porch, I cant use it it is blocked off and i had to get a po box so the mailman wont get hurt. That is the main enterance to our home we have to use the basement enterance. Also the BBB is not helpful what so ever they never got back to me
