I normally pay my SBC bill online so I don't look at the paper bill. Well I looked at it tonight and to my horror I am being charged 20.55 for usa voicemail that I never requested, nor do I have any inkling how it got on my bill. I can't get thru to the company and can't get their url to work either so I will be going at it with my phone company to see what can be done! I know it isn't legal so does anyone know if their is anything we can do?
