Employee Could Not Find Item, Online Order Then Cancelled

This is the second time in two weeks that the service at Lowe's was horrible. I walked in knowing more than the people within the store. When you ask a question about a product they sell and are told "I don't know," the one thing they are is honest. They don't know.

The second time was today, 10.26.26, when I went in to purchase an item. I showed it to the employee and he couldn't find it, even though it stated they had 6 in store. I spent 20 minutes searching all the top shelves with the employee, when he finally said, "I don't know where it is, maybe you should just order it online." Seriously, I did not need to hear that. I came in to purchase the item, not to be told to order online. So I left the store and ordered online.

The order was confirmed and I was given a delivery date, then 2 hours later I received a phone message that the order was cancelled because they were currently doing inventory?

So I called customer service, got a bot, and was eventually transferred to a representative who put me on hold. I waited for 30 minutes and then hung up. I called customer care again and explained my dissatisfaction. I was on the line for 20 minutes, and when he returned he could not hear me, so again I hung up.
