Product did not work and poor customer service

I recently ordered a product on the Bright Brain website to help me sleep better. The product I purchased was ‘Crash & Reboot’. I read much information on their website about how great their products are. Their website makes many claims; however, in my opinion, based on my experience, they are far from true.

This was one of the least effective products I have tried. The only thing about this company that is lower quality than their product is their nonexistent customer service. I requested a refund after giving the product a fair amount of time to work. I've sent multiple emails and left three separate voice messages with Support, but no one has responded. At this point, it is apparent that they do not stand behind their product.

I am posting this so other potential customers will not get taken advantage of.
