No phone or online support for defective flickering candles

I have tried to call, tried to go online for help. There is no way to reach anyone. The phone rings and rings and no one ever answers. Online there is no source to answer my complaint. This company is a total rip-off of people. I wish they would follow through with complaints and returns or just replace items that did not work from the day I opened the box. The flickering candles with remote were a gift and I am saddened to say the gifter was cheated out of their money and me out of a gift meant to be appreciated.
