I have tried to call, tried to go on line for help. There is no way to reach anyone. The phone rings and rings no one ever answers. On line there is no source to answer my complaint. this company is total rip off of people. I wish they would follow through with complaints and returns or just replacing items that did not work from day I opened the box. The flickering candles with remote were a gift and I am saddened to say the gifter was cheated out of their money and me out of a gift meant to be appreciated.
