Order from 7/22 not received and three messages ignored

I placed an order with this company on 7/22 and received an acknowledgement on 7/23. I have since received the bill from the company I charged the merchandise to, but I don't have my order from this company. Their complaint area is very shady: the help button does nothing at all, and the contact button takes you to a screen where you are supposed to contact them. I have sent them three messages and have not heard a word from them.

I don't pay for things that I have not received, so the company I'm paying through is going to get a dispute from me. I have also put this company's name on my social media page to be wary of them. If I do receive my product I will take it down, but until I have my merchandise it is staying up.

It's no wonder they don't have a telephone number listed or an address. This makes you feel insecure about ordering from them. I wish I had seen this kind of information before placing the order. They also have a track-your-order section that takes you absolutely nowhere in regards to where your order might be. I will not ever order from this company again.
