Money due to me

I bought the Aquarius alkaline water unit. When it didn't work anymore, I contacted the owner Peter.
He stated I must send him $75 to do a diagnosis then the price of fixing can go up to $600. I decided not to fix it and buy a different and better unit from another company. Since I never sent in the water unit for diagnosis, I called Peter who stated he would refund my $75. I have been waiting for 4 months, he doesn't answer his phone or respond to my messages. He is a scam artist and his products are questionable. Certainly, what he asks to fix a product that is broken is not worth the money. Search, you will find better companies and products with much better product support... Do not do business with this man or his company...
