On 21 Oct I purchased an item on line from [URL Removed] The parcel never arrived and I am unable to track it. On [URL Removed] The only way I can ask questions is via a form on the web which supplies me with automated answers and allowed me to request that another parcel be sent. It too has not arrived and there is no way I can send an email direct to the company or deal with someone on a personal level. Emails I send to [Email Removed] are returned undelivered. Have I been conned?
