On 17 th July I ordered online from Tartan Scottie website over R1000 worth of tartan print dog apparel. They deducted the correct amount off my credit card within 24 hours and supplied me with an order number. Since then I cannot get hold of them through email, international telephone or mail. It will be 12 weeks tomorrow since my order and no parcel has arrived. No responses to my 3 emails and no connection through the website to the advertised telephone number. Is this a or will this parcel suddenly appear?
