Groupon - Argan Hair Supplies

This company is very strict, unconcerned about anything but the policy and not customer-oriented. A purchase was completely and accidentally made on my iphone and because I did not have access to see that I only had two hours (on a weekend, mind you) to rescind the order. I called the Groupon number, but no-one answered. I figured I would have to wait until Monday. I called at 7:30 AM - same issue. I finally was able to email and the response was - sorry - you did not meet the 2 hour time requirement - you should have emailed us... WHAT? Is there not a 3 day policy on all purchases? But no - this mistaken sale is a final sale. I seriously do not know still how I made that crazy purchase. But - they should have made efforts to help me since this was a unique situation. I am incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied. I will no longer be shopping with them - and for as many people as I have told about Groupon that later became members, I will tell just as many to avoid them. Sad, but true.
