If you are considering commissioning Mark Sommerfeild to do any work or purchasing from his showroom located at Kansas and 16th St. Please contact me first! There are some things you might want to learn about this man before you spend one cent.in short, he was paid in full for all work completed. Additionally he was advanced $4936.75. Neither Mark Sommerfield nor Derapage Inc ever performed the work agreed upon (the money that was advanced) and he refused to refund my $4936.75 which was owed to me. Please note that none of his contracts had a clause stating that he can keep any part of any deposit at any time. When I asked for an accounting, he answered my request by suing me in small claims court. He lost and then proceeded to appeal the lower courts decision and sue me in superior court. He LOST again in superior court. To date it has become absolutely apparent that he has no intention of fulfilling his obligation to the courts to pay me.
