Ripoff lied deceived failed to provide services stated directed to fraudulent and thieving locators

First of all, some of the product has proven to be inferior. Some of the scented pie candles, while hanging on the display, actually drip oils onto the product below spoiling the dripping candle for possible sale as well as the dripped-on product. Some of the candles that are supposed to have a pie crust have only a thing little painted coating where the tin shows through, and some of the dye actually bleeds onto other parts of the candle. When inquiring with their customer service, I was told "thats how they are making them now, and there's nothing we can do about it."
They promised "protected territory", and it is not.
They promised to replace slow-moving inventory with inventory better suited to my area, they will not.
They directed us to two locators with whom they said they had a long standing relationship. The first one took my money and left town. There is a police report file on him with the Myrtle Beach authorities. This man's name was Steve Jeffers. The second was Travis Wheeler, and while he has not run off with my money the locator he sent did not perform. He came and secured 17 locations. When I attempted to install them, 5 of the 17 refused to take the displays, and of the remaining 12,6 more asked me to removed them within 30 days. When I called the locator, Bob Dillion, he agreed to return to secure 10 locations. When I had not heard from him, I called and his phone was disconnected. I called the broker, Travis, and was told that he was in jail. I am still trying to get them to make good.
Of course, the candle people claim that they aren't responsible for the locators, but they did recommend them, and they did tell me that they had long-standing successful relationships with them.
I'm out a lot of money, time and effort, because of they extremely deceptive practices.
