I have placed an order with Affordable Address Labels last week and just happened to run across the complaints on this company afterwards. Same results, I was charged immediately, but haven't had a response or cannot get through on the phone and even leave a message because the mailbox is full. The charge I had was sent through paypal, so I have submitted a dispute and hope they will do something about it!
