Little L Farms AKA Lesa Rice ripoff operate puppy mill

This dog 'breeder' is a puppy farmer. They have numerous different breeds of dogs, from many Champion show lines, but do not show themselves. The larger breed dogs are kept outside in runs. It was 20 degrees when I went to meet their dogs and the dogs in the outside runs had frost bite on their feet. The dogs were housed 2-3 to a run with a small house and light for them to share in each run. They also had a garage full of small breeds in crates. They did not have a single dog in their residence and no health testing is done on the breeding stock.
