I ordered two natural organic soaps from Land of Christianity via Amazon on July 24. However, I decided to cancelled the order after the owner did not know the full list of ingredients. The owner simply offered a full refund without answering the following questions: 1. Are the ingredients used to make the soaps are organic, wild-crafted and/ore cold-pressed? 2. It has been mentioned that it contains extracts, may you tell me why type of extracts? Amazon online store decided to delete my complaint after the owner filed a complaint stating that my testimony was not valid because a full refund was issued. However, it is very concerning to buy from a company that is barely informed about their products. If the soap was made in Israel with 100% natural ingredients then there should be no reason for the owner to feel uncomfortable disclosing such information. And after I asking the owner no longer to exchange emails, the owner continue and decided to report this behavior to Amazon customer service.
