Received from Reader's Digest a lengthy, very busy, form letter which leads one to believe that they have subscribed and owes the co. Money.

The letter has a bright, orange sticker which reads "NOTICE paying now by check or money order will eliminate the need for future billing".

My 85 year old mother also received this. If not for me, she would have paid, thinking it was a legitimate bill.

They continue to use under the counter techniques to get money from people.

The letter from them is soooo busy that one cannot dicpher what they are actually wanting.
