Ripoff, thief, liar, cheat

I consulted with this lawyer about an incident I had gotten into.

To understand more completely the story goes:

I worked at the United States Postal Service and was question by Postal Inspectors because of "undelivered mail" After 3 hours of investigating and questioning, when the interrogation was over I was walking out of the building (my workplace, while still employed, on the clock etc.) As I was walking out, one of the postal inspectors asked for my keys and I asked why. He responded because he wanted to search my personal vehicle. I asked him for a search warrant - because I know my rights. He did not present a warrant and stated that he had the right to search it anyways. I told him to "f* off" and continued walking out. At that point he reached for my arm and tackled me to the ground trying to arrest me for 'TRESPASSING'. Yes. Get that. Trespassing. While I was at work.

Anyhow, in the meantime that I was resisting arrest his knee on the back of my head caused my nose to bleed severely. I was treated at the hospital while under arrest. After I was released I was taken to jail and hit with 2 charges. Resisting arrest and Trespassing.

As soon as I got out of jail, I went to see John Gullette. The lawyer. He promised that I would win the case as well as press charges on them. However, none of the above applied. I was charged with resisting arrest and if I get charged with anything in the coming year, I will be put in jail for 9 months.

After the criminal case was over, I asked about pressing charges and he told me he didnt want to go with it. He stole a total of 2,000.00 from me. Also one thing I didn't mention was that he did not even show up to the court arraignment but handed me a piece of paper to give to the judge. He charged 500.00 for that piece of paper.
