LLC Rip-off! Billed $6.46 for a call that I never made!

I just recived my phone bill to find a $6.46 charge for a call I never made. I phoned the three 1-800 numbers on the bill for customer service NO ANSWER! Not even an recording, pretty strange for a company with offices in california and Florida. I phoned Qwest who said that there had been many complaints about this company.
