FINGERHUT Try calling to report a fraud case (you will get a deaf ear.) ripoff

It's almost four years after I reported an identity fraud case to fingerhut and I am still stuck with the mess on my credit files. Even after sending them a police report against the abuse (a complete fraud packet) nothing has been done on their part. The thieves got a bike, camcorder, and several other items and I got a headache to deal with for years to come.

Something just isn't right when a company can get away with abuses like these against innocent, law abiding people. I took the steps I needed to report the abuse and apparently it goes onto the deaf Fingerhut ears.

I won't give up reporting what happened to me, and I will not pay money for something I never received. Somehow this issue needs to be resolved without my credit being impacted.
