I have had awful experiences with like companies (Totsy) and I cannot say enough about how wonderful Zulily is. Product comes quickly. Once I did something wher the glass was broken, I sent an email and received a response the same day. They are sending out a replacement right away and I even got a $10 credit for the inconvenince.
